TSX and TSXV have published on December 20, 2016 a request for comments with respect to the insider trading marker summary report that TSX and TSXV are required to published daily (requirements arising from regulatory authorities decisons).
Concerns have been raised by market participants and investing relating to the possible usage of informations contained in the report. The report provides informations on the volume of trading by insiders on an aggregated and anonymous basis. It can be consulted at:
